Q: Will my scoop look exactly like someone else's?

A: No! Every Crow Treasure Scoop is different. While the weight and included items match the product description, the crystals, charms, and treasures are randomly selected.

Q: Do you offer intuitive or tarot readings with the scoops?

A: Some Crow Treasure Scoop listings include intuitive or tarot-inspired guidance. If a reading is included, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Q: Can I request certain crystals or themes?

A: Absolutely! Leave a note at checkout with themes such as love, abundance, protection, spirituality, grounding, shadow work, or favorite crystal colors. While I can't guarantee specific items, I always do my best to accommodate requests when inventory allows.

Q: Are the crystals real?

A: Yes! I only use genuine natural crystals and gemstones in my Crow Treasure Scoops and jewelry.

Q: How are the scoops measured?

A: Every scoop is weighed to match the listed product weight. Because natural crystals vary in size and density, the number of pieces may vary, but the total weight will always meet or exceed the amount purchased.

A: Many of them are! Since I work with natural crystals, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Q: Is the jewelry waterproof?

A: No. To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not wearing it.

A: Yes! My perfume oils are made using synthetic fragrance oils from a manufacturer that is vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free.

📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days, although larger Crow Treasure Scoop orders may require a little extra preparation during busy times.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Due to the handmade and mystery nature of many of my products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help make it right.

Q: Do you accept cancellations?

A: Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Once work has begun on your order, it cannot be canceled.
